• rates include taxes (10%) and breakfast 
• rooms are guaranteed for check-in after midday 
• check-out is 10.00 am 
• sorry, no pets in the rooms
• children until 3 years old are free if they sleep in their parent’s bed
• children over 12 will be considered as adults in terms of room rates and occupancy and will be provided their own bed (we reserve a triple room)  
• reservation procedure: we require your credit card details in writing at the time of booking. Once you provide this information, a non-refundable deposit will be charged. The deposit will be a minimum of one night and will depend on the length of stay 
• once we have received your information, we will send an e-mail or fax confirming your reservation, usually within 24 hours
• we accept payments by credit cards or cash only

cancellation policy

• in high season, if you cancel with more than 20 days' notice, there will be no cancellation charge (other than the non-refundable deposit already paid)
• in high season, if you cancel from 19 to 8 days before the beginning of your stay, 50% of the total cost of the original reservation will be charged on your credit card
• in high season, if you cancel with 8 or fewer days' notice, or in case of no show (if you do not come), the total cost of the original reservation will be charged on your credit card
• in low season, if you cancel with more than 15 days' notice , there will be no cancellation charge (other than the non-refundable deposit already paid)
• in low season, if you cancel from 14 to 8 days before the beginning of your stay, 50% of the total cost of the original reservation will be charged on your credit card
• in low season, if you cancel with 8 or fewer days' notice, or in case of no show (if you do not come), the total cost of the original reservation will be charged on your credit card
• if you shorten your reservation up to 8 days prior to your arrival date, including during your stay, or have fewer guests than originally booked, the cost of the original reservation will be charged on your credit card
• by providing us with your credit card, we consider that you have agreed to pay the deposit and to our terms and conditions
• different guarantee and cancellation policies may apply for bookings of long stays and/or multiple rooms
